I'm Robin Scheldeman, a Senior IT Project Manager & Product Owner (CSPO) with 20+ years in IT. Through BV JOENGNE I cut through the noise and move teams from slideware to production, owning scope, budget, risk and delivery cadence from roadmap to release.

Pragmatic where possible, structured where it counts. Backlog razor-sharp, governance clean, dependencies exposed early. The reporting is honest, also when it's tough, so the steering committee always knows where things stand.

Project Lead & Epic Owner on a large-scale core-system migration at a Belgian enterprise (FTE).
I didn't start in management, I started in the code: classic ASP, then C# and ASP.NET, then PHP, on SQL Server and MySQL. I'm not a developer anymore, it's been 15+ years since I wrote production code, but that background still shapes how I work. It lets me act as a genuine bridge between business and technical teams: I follow the conversation, ask the right questions, and where it helps I'll still write a SQL query myself to make a Jira ticket unambiguous.
