No theatre, no endless workshops, just outcome-driven delivery.

Two decades in IT, from B2B integration and enterprise document exchange to leading large-scale transformation programmes. I work at the intersection of business, architecture and development, and I own what matters: scope, budget, risk and delivery cadence, from roadmap to release.

Pragmatic where possible, structured where it counts. Backlog razor-sharp, governance clean, dependencies exposed early. The reporting is honest, also when it's tough, so the steering committee always knows where things stand.

Currently

Project Lead & Epic Owner on a large-scale core-system migration at a Belgian enterprise (FTE).

I didn't start in management, I started in the code: classic ASP, then C# and ASP.NET, then PHP, on SQL Server and MySQL. I'm not a developer anymore, it's been 15+ years since I wrote production code, but that background still shapes how I work. It lets me act as a genuine bridge between business and technical teams: I follow the conversation, ask the right questions, and where it helps I'll still write a SQL query myself to make a Jira ticket unambiguous.
